Job Description

We have an exciting 100% remote opportunity for a Fixed Asset Analyst with our industry-leading client.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $32 - $36 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly processing and reconciliation of fixed assets in the Oracle Fixed Asset ("Oracle FA") tax books.
  • Perform quarterly tax depreciation projection analysis.
  • Reconcile of the book/tax basis difference and M-adjustment, including posting results in Corptax.
  • Assist in making method/record changes in Oracle FA.
  • Perform Oracle FA regression testing.
  • Personal property fixed asset subledger maintenance and analysis. Includes review of data for correct category assignments of assets, current location listings, working with business unit contacts.
  • Assist in compiling relevant data used to complete annual personal property tax and use tax filings to outside service provider timely and accurately. Review of personal property tax renditions to tax bills and completed use tax filings. Reconcile use tax G/L accounts monthly.
  • Assist Tax Department personnel with miscellaneous federal and state requests as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Oracle FA experience is preferred.
  • Tax depreciation experience is preferred.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
