Job Description

We're looking for an ambitious Growth Technology Manager to help innovate and improve our client's data ecosystem and serve as the expert on system functionality and logistics.

Responsibilities of the Growth Technology Manager:
  • Serve as technical operations team lead
  • Take ownership as expert on data ecosystem
  • Work across teams to advocate for tooling and process enhancements
  • Guide issue resolution as a primary data ecosystem expert
  • Leverage analytical and technical skills to create segmentation and targeting strategies using internal data platform
  • Provide troubleshooting/triage support for high priority issues outside of traditional business hours
  • Ensure member experiences are of the highest quality
