Are you a skilled Business Analyst, with broad expertise across the healthcare domain?

If you're interested in supporting projects related to behavioral health data systems and clinical trials software solutions, we may have the ideal role for you!

In this role, you will support multiple data-focused government projects within data warehouse environments.

The targeted skill set includes business analysis for requirement definition, stakeholder management, gap analysis, cross functional team coordination, and some data analysis (SQL) for pulling and analyzing data from various sources within a data warehouse environment.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

  • Deliver business requirements, functional specifications, and data analysis
  • Engage with clients to elicit comprehensive user stories and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Conduct gap analysis between application and customer requirements
  • Work across teams to communicate and verify desired functionality of changes
  • Leverage SQL skills to pull and analyze data from various sources
  • Develop and prepare use cases, requirements, specifications, and data mapping
  • Understand and represent end user needs within software development environment
