Job Description

**Remote opportunity! M-F 8A-5P CST with slight flexibility. Experience working in a remote capacity a plus. Onsite in St. Paul post-COVID.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Senior Help Desk Specialist:
  • Answer calls related to PC, application, hardware, and connectivity problems
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide or obtain timely resolutions
  • Develop understanding of SLAs and work to meet/exceed standards
  • Identify and communicate operational issues, provide input on solutions, implement chosen approach
  • Document new solutions or procedures to submit into knowledgebase 
Requirements of the Senior Help Desk Specialist:
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Understanding of SLAs and how to adhere to them
  • Ability to recognize the importance of timely and accurate responses
  • Experience with the following:
    • Windows 10
    • MS Office 365
    • Remedy
    • Remote tools
    • Mobile troubleshooting
