Our client, a leader in their industry, needs a talented Infrastructure Engineer to execute on architectural strategy.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Infrastructure Engineer:
  • Drive operational efficiencies, process change, and improvements in a challenging environment
  • Maintain good working relationships and overcome resistance to change
  • Help stakeholders and IT teams plan for change
  • Provide project/cost estimates
Requirements of the Infrastructure Engineer:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an IT & Engineering lead role
  • 5+ years of experience monitoring and troubleshooting with APM tools
  • 2+ years in at least 3: monitoring, application performance management, real user monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, network performance, and fault management
  • 2+ years of experience working with ELK, Splunk, New Relic - or equivalent log analysis/analytics tools
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow incident, problem, and change modules and integration and enterprise management tools
  • Strong knowledge of systems, networks, hardware, and software from an automation and monitoring perspective
