Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst with solid SQL knowledge and experience to join our client in Smithfield.

Responsibilities of the IT Data Analyst:
  • Support multi-year planning and decision-making for a large investment company
  • Provide clarity into company's talent backlog and pipeline
  • Drive project forward toward a sustainable end-state
  • Help shape future state processes and consumption
  • Leverage understanding of process and data analysis
  • Take a multi-disciplinary approach
Requirements of the IT Data Analyst:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent with at least 8 years of experience
  • Process understanding: requirements analysis, data modeling, data cleansing, prototyping
  • Ability to understand present state and help shape the future
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and senior leaders
  • SQL and Snowflake
