Job Description

We have an exciting Remote opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst with our industry-leading client.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active Public Trust clearance.  

Rate: $60 - $65 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality, client-ready functional deliverables.
  • Research, analyze, and author analyses, requirements, and other project artifacts and deliverables.
  • Utilize project management methodologies, such as Agile, and the ability to support project managers in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Lead team status meetings and inform manager of issues, risks, decisions, etc., while identifying solutions and methods to mitigate risk.
  • Articulate project requirements, negotiate timelines and budgets, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, and communicating project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis, with a focus on web development and content management projects. Proven experience developing written presentations in MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • An understanding of Agile software development and web application development.
  • Strong ability to identify and solve complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, including the ability to catch and resolve issues before they become problems.
  • Willingness to continuously learn, explore new business analysis methodologies and technologies, and adapt to changing project needs.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
