Eliassen Group is seeking an 100% remote Market Research Associate for a leading nonprofit organization based in Washington DC. This qualified candidate will help improve the global position of our client’s products and services through data-driven analysis where you can see a direct impact on the organization. This qualified professional must have hands-on research/ data analysis experience using R, SAS, or SPSS. This role involves multiple projects simultaneously and requires strong time management skills. Our client is one of the largest nonprofits in world with 155,000 members worldwide and counting. They pride themselves on helping the community grow, learn, and adapt to the world around them.

Responsibilities of the Market Research Associate:
  • Conduct summary analyses of data, including performing data cleanup and preparation, including merging large datasets, creating new variables, etc.
  • Implement program surveys utilizing advanced logic/skip patterns, piping, masking, appended variables, and setting hidden variables
  • Coordinate focus groups, 1 on 1 interviews to gain qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Using online survey tools for data collection
  • Formulating sophisticated data into tables, charts, and graphs and make recommendations based off your interpretations 
Qualifications of the Market Research Associate:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience 
  • Experience with R, SAS, or SPSS
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research 
  • Have used an online survey tool ex: (Survey Gizmo, Qualtrics, etc.)
