We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Project Manager with our client. This is a fully remote role, available for individuals located in EST or CST only.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Project Manager:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee execution and delivery of content production for marketing collateral and a website redesign from development through delivery
- Connect daily with a cross-functional team to ensure all project phases are completed on time and meet deadline requirements while keeping stakeholders informed of project progress
- Provide routine status updates to project stakeholders and leaders in the organization
- Organize, attend, and help facilitate project meetings
- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and disciplines
- Ensure timely, accurate execution of individual project deliverables
Requirements of the Marketing Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of account management or project management experience
- Agile digital project management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing assignments and adapting to changing priorities when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills who can facilitate conversations and collaboration between cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem solver with organization and negotiation skills
- Self-directed, goal-oriented, proactive, and responsive
- Workfront experience highly preferred
- Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not required
