Our client, a leading not-for-profit is looking for a Mid-level Business Analyst/Product Owner to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Mid-level Business Analyst/Product Owner:
  • Gather understanding of the business and product areas within focus
  • Provide recommendations and insight to support the process of defining the product and identifying gaps and user needs by creating vision, strategy, and requirements 
  • Support the process of developing and managing the product roadmap 
  • Supports the planning process by developing requirements documents for product features
  • Conduct data analysis, and produce user documentation.
  • Makes recommendations for the prioritization of the product backlog
  • Tracks development work and identifies bugs at a feature level
  • Supports product launches by working with relevant stakeholders to develop launch plans for product features
  • Assists in developing product documentation and training materials
  • Tracks and reports on product launch metrics
  • Develop reports, charts, graphs, and process maps and maintain data files
Requirements of the Mid-level Business Analyst/Product Owner:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 2 years of related experience
  • Basic understanding of the Agile software development processes and creating common artifacts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a team environment and develop effective relationships
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages, including SQL
