Our client, a leader in their industry, needs a Network Engineer to support projects with the unified communications environment. Qualified applicants must have telecom experience.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

• 2+ years of experience implementing and supporting Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and Call Manager Express (CME)
• Telecom experience required
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA collaboration)
• Experience with Cisco 3900, 4400, 3800, 2900
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting complex types of call routing
• Understanding of general IT standards, policies, best practices, guidelines, and processes
• Able to document and present material to the team and management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
