Job Description

Eliassen Group is assisting our large healthcare client in Reston VA with finding a PEGA Architect.

This resource will be the primary Solution Architect who will lead full lifecycle development activities supporting numerous PEGA projects.

You will be working in an Agile/Scrum environment responsible for delivering software solutions to drive new business decisions.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the PEGA Architect:

  • Develop architectural approach, design, and prototypes
  • Lead architecture infrastructure concept discussions
  • Evaluate technologies and tools, and proof of concept and prototypes
  • Work with project and development managers to define and develop scope and plans

Requirements of the PEGA Architect:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of development and architecture experience
  • At least 6 years of experience with PEGA PRPC and BPM
  • In-depth knowledge of SOA and BPM
  • Ability to implement complex business processes and applications
  • Knowledge of call center/case/customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
