Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

  • Prepare weekly status reports; identify and manage risk and issues
  • Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource needs
  • Effectively communicate and escalate project issues as required
  • Manage and influence others to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Analyze root cause problems and recommend solutions to improve process delivery
  • Lead and guide end to end project plan and budget
  • Develop and facilitate SDLC deliverables

Requirements of the Program Manager:

  • At least 6 years of IT security and infrastructure experience
  • At least 5 years of project management; familiarity with SDLC 
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Pharmaceutical/GxP experience highly preferred
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and time and task management skills
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to operate independently
  • Excellent self-awareness of communication style and cultural differences
  • Ability to manage multiple cross functional teams
