Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with our industry-leading client in Boston.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Maintain meeting schedule and attend meetings with key stakeholders and SMEs
  • Identify opportunities and needs to determine proposal concept
  • Write and edit drafts including executive summaries of proposal 
  • Establish priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval to meet proposal deadline
  • Follow proposal-writing standards
  • Identify and communicate impediments, risk analysis, risk mitigation, timeline and budget impacts

Requirements of the Project Manager:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Technology or related field
  • PMP Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Strong organizational, presentation, customer service, and writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Project and MS Office
  • At least 7 years of project management or IT Management
  • At least 5 years experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes
  • Proposal writing experience
