Our pharmaceutical client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Project Manager: - Create long and short-term plans
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs for the project change
- Coordinate internal resources and 3rd party contractors/vendors
- Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions
- Participate in regular project status meetings with project team/management
- Address questions and concerns of project team, management, and clients in professional and confident manner
- Ensure that project deliverables meet expectations
- Develop and implement operations project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals
Requirements of the Project Manager: - Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
- Experience of working with third party suppliers/vendors
- Experience with Stakeholder Management, Business Process Management, and Requirements Management
- Strong engagement, communication and facilitation skills
