Our insurance client is looking for a Project/Program Manager to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00/hr on W2

Responsibilities of the Project/Program Manager: - Develop project plans and recommendations in support of Departmental/Company objectives and leads implementation
- Negotiate for resources to staff projects effectively with appropriate skill sets
- Ensure a quality end product through close customer contact
- Assess customer/client satisfaction through direct feedback/evaluation
- Coordinate development and implementation of policies and procedures as well as development of compliance measurements Control and monitors project effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with necessary audit requirements
- Represent the client in meetings with external parties
- Assist with analysis and development of business processes
- Develop escalation process to channel issues and concerns to appropriate parties
- Evaluate project risks, develop contingency plans and respond to change in risk as the project progresses
- Develop effective business process improvement initiatives and communication plans
- Perform analytic functions and coach others in analytical production, technical and other areas
- Propose a variety of solutions to business issues/problems utilizing appropriate analysis tools
- Document and present project management results through the development of criteria, issue analysis papers and reports
- Develop and track budgets, operating plans and financial cost forecasts to support the objectives of the project
- Provide indirect reports with well-defined expectations, ongoing feedback, coaching/ mentoring and/or training
Requirements of the Project/Program Manager: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Must be comfortable with fluid change and movement
- Solid negotiation skills working with stakeholders for problem solving on cross functional teams
- Strong preference to those with Agile Waterfall experience
- Willing to consider candidates with Scrum Master Certification and working on their PMP certification
