Responsibilities of the QA Engineer:
  • Perform various testing: functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT
  • Detect and report software quality issues and follow through to resolution
  • Develop and maintain test process documentation
  • Provide Tier 1 functional help desk support
 Requirements of the QA Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with QA methodologies for web applications
  • Experience with TFS, Web Services and SQL, Agile/Waterfall/hybrid SDLC preferred
  • Experience with Selenium and Java/Python for automation testing preferred
  • .Net development experience preferred
  • Clear and effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively lead user training sessions
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills
