**100% Remote**

Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking a SAP Payroll Consultant to work across teams and with leadership to facilitate the execution of payroll processes in SAP SuccessFactors.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the SAP Payroll Consultant:
  • Provide strategic and tactical guidance to the Payroll teams
  • Promote collaboration and coordination
  • Drive activities within the program
  • Support Payroll functions, run payroll, improve payroll processes, troubleshoot problems
  • Review functional specs, update, audit for quality
  • Answer developer questions to complete integrations
  • Create transactional data in support of testing
  • Support/run training for internal teams
  • Perform readiness assessment for ops support
  • Transition to operational support team from project team
Requirements of the SAP Payroll Consultant:
  • At least 20 years of IT experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in SAP Payroll
  • At least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, ECP
  • Project management experience, experience with PeopleSoft and Oracle preferred
