Job Description

We're looking for a talented Scrum Master / Business Analyst to join our client in Charlotte. You will help drive the adoption of Agile processes and ensure best practices are consistently followed.

Responsibilities of the Scrum Master / Business Analyst:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices for internal project team
  • Support business owners to refine and prioritize epics and backlog items
  • Facilitate and drive requirements clarification with team
  • Ensure all requirements and acceptance test criteria are documented and shared with the team
  • Ensure Agile tools and processes are continuously key up to date to track team velocity and trends
Requirements of the Scrum Master / Business Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience
  • At least 3 years of Scrum Master experience and CSM
  • Digital product experience and Agile project experience
  • Demonstrated analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal customers, IT management, and teammates
