100% Remote Role

Our industry-leading client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years Business Analyst experience, ideally working in business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, uses case development, story writing, user acceptance testing, user presentation/demo, product documentation, and production support.

Job Requirements:
  • Passion for leveraging data to drive better business decision-making
  • Understand analytical techniques and how they can be applied to address particular problem characteristics
  • Have analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the areas of strategy development, business analysis, risks, and opportunity assessment
  • Experience using results of analysis and/or recommendations to business leaders, stakeholders, and at time external parties. Communicate action plans and priorities to appropriate partners
  • Experience gathering data from multiple sources/environments and transform it so it can be used for analysis
  • Ability to think on your feet and respond effectively when priorities change
  • Highly organized and have the ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines, with occasional weekends and after-hours deployments
  • Attention to detail and appreciation for need to consistently generate high quality, highly critical output is a priority in your daily work
  • Expertise in MS Word, Excel and delivering effective PowerPoint stories
  • Experience working with Accounting systems and databases
  • Experience working with data environments and strong knowledge in querying using SQL
  • Experience with large volume data reconciliations, large data transfers, security master and account master setups
  • In-depth knowledge of fixed income and equity asset classes
  • Derivatives experience/knowledge a plus
  • Charles River Investment System experience a plus
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
