Job Description

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Change Manager to support an enterprise organization in the financial services and asset management space. A mature change management practice is in place, and this need is for someone to drive process improvement projects across various verticals (Sales, Marketing, HR, Investment, Technology, etc.).

This role requires a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Work will start 100% remotely due to COVID, all interviews will be conducted virtually. 

Responsibilities of the Senior Change Manager:
  • Lead enterprise change and process improvement projects from end-to-end
  • Develop partnerships with business unit leadership to drive Six Sigma adoption across the enterprise
  • Outline flexible execution approaches that align with the improvement opportunity
  • Project manage the execution of recommendations and effectively manage change
  • Leverage data to identify where continuous improvement is needed 
  • Drive accountability and results
