Our client, a global leader in their industry, needs a Senior Systems Analyst with expertise in Microsoft 365 to maintain the environment, ensure continuous operations, and actively design and build innovative solutions.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.
Responsibilities of the Senior M365 Systems Analyst:

• Deploy, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft products, applications, and environments
• Monitor/complete development requests from internal customers and resolve issues quickly
• Develop a thorough understanding of business processes or technologies 
• Monitor/complete development requests

• Associate degree or 4+ years of additional experience in IT In lieu of degree
• 3+ years of experience with the following:
• Administering SharePoint, M365, and Microsoft Teams Admin Centers
• PowerApps (Canvas and/or model-driven)
• Power Automate
• PowerShell scripts
• Process mapping delivery
