Our client, an insurance industry leader, needs a Senior PMO Support Specialist to support all aspects of their IT Project Management Office. This is a hybrid opportunity; qualified applicants must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Hartford and be willing and able to work onsite three days per week.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Senior PMO Support Specialist:

• Identify and execute on process improvements across the organization
• Support project managers by reporting on key metrics
• Apply expertise in Excel and Visio
• Work on concurrent assignments

Requirements of the Senior PMO Support Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as a PMO administrator
• Project management, demand management, and resource planning experience
• Demonstrable expertise influencing organizational change
• Certified Scrum Master or PMI a plus
