**Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote**

Our Fortune 100 client is looking for a Senior Program Manager  to drive one or more complex programs consisting of multiple projects, aligning project delivery with broader strategic initiatives and goals. The ideal candidate achieves results through building stakeholder relationships, setting expectations, communicating clearly, and maintaining transparency. 

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2

Responsibilities of the Senior Program Manager:
  • Plan schedules, milestones, and resources
  • Monitor program from inception through delivery
  • Define and report on project status and risks
  • Coordinate projects and their interdependencies
  • Manage and utilize resources across projects
  • Continuously seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule
Requirements of the Senior Program Manager:
  • 5+ years of program management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence
  • Experience in the telecom space is helpful
  • Proven record of influencing stakeholders while developing working relationships with peers and project members
  • Expert at managing large, complex, and diverse strategic projects
  • Successful track record for implementing and driving to project plans, monitoring progress, and creating status reports
  • Knowledge in conducting risk assessments and mitigation plans to minimize and/or eliminate risks
  • Confident in preparing executive level presentations, reports, and summaries
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills are required
  • PMP certification preferred 
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
