Are you a talented Sales Compensation Specialist with expertise in Xactly and Excel? Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable industry leader? If so, we may have the ideal role for you in San Francisco.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Compensation Specialist:

  • Create and distribute Sales Comp plans to all sales employees
  • Coordinate with sales operations to ensure data is accurate and timely each month
  • Leverage Xactly and/or Excel to help calculate and validate monthly commission payments 
  • Help train new sales employees on sales compensation program details 
  • Analyze sales performance results and present recommendations 
  • Help identify improvements to the sales compensation plans, policies, and processes
  • Help to develop, implement, and communicate new sales compensation program each year

Requirements of the Sales Compensation Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in sales compensation required
  • Exceptional Xactly and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
