Job Description

Our Charlotte-based client is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support and drive the evolution of a new data pipeline project. In this role you will drive data pipeline research and eventually partake in IT software vendor evaluations to determine final tech stack.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Requirements of the Senior Technical Business Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of BA experience in healthcare industry
  • Well versed in healthcare data, EHR technologies, relational databases, data mapping and modeling
  • HL7 data experience is a must - HL7, FHIR v2 or 4 and associated data models 
  • Data integration/solution analyst background
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
