Our innovative, Boston-based client is seeking an experienced User Researcher to research and design best-in-class user experiences across platforms.

Responsibilities of the Senior User Experience Researcher:
  • Play a lead role on a product development team
  • Work across teams and with technical management to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with other user researchers on prioritizing research roadmap
  • Document and share insights with product team as well as the broader organization
  • Define customer experience metrics and capture methods
  • Develop customer journey maps and share through organization
Requirements of the Senior User Experience Researcher:
  • At least 5 years of research experience
  • Inspiring storyteller and excellent at sharing and communicating insights to diverse audiences
  • In-depth specialization in user research and broadly skilled across survey design, ethnography, CX, A/B testing, quantitative research, etc.
  • Enjoy meeting different people and being an avid listener, while providing great customer service
