Our client needs a Senior User Researcher to provide expertise, support, and leadership around experience design research, measurement, and testing across complex, interrelated journeys.

• Execute on research from discovery through launch and beyond
• Interview, survey, and collaborate with experts and specialists in the engineering space who continuously transform risk management via engineering innovation
• Join a team that values strong collaboration, including stakeholder influencing, rapport building, and cultivating consensus 
• Bring integrity and professionalism to every interaction and each aspect of work performed

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in UX/XD research
• Experience iteratively testing anything from paper prototypes through in-production solutions
• Ability to translate research results into case studies, research reports, and other compelling communications
• Working understanding of research methods
• Experience working both autonomously and collaboratively on complex projects
• Ability to identify appropriate research approach
• Insurance or financial services experience a plus
