Job Description

We're looking for a talented ServiceNow Consultant to join our high profile federal client. You will support a transition from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow ITSM. Experience with full scale ITSM enterprise system transitions is strongly preferred.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Consultant:
  • Support ServiceNow upgrades, change requests, improvements, fixes, and operations
  • Perform change assessments, attend change control boards, provide or perform required change documentation
  • Manage overall structure and content of the system
  • Review events and monitor performance
  • Review, clean up user and system accounts
  • Monitor and report on system use, growth, and disk space
  • Manage user permissions
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement
Requirements of the ServiceNow Consultant:
  • At least 12 years of experience administering ServiceNow 
  • At least 1 ServiceNow certification required
  • ITIL Foundation certification required
  • Experience managing SMS development activities 
  • Proficient in applying SDLC, Agile, and DevOps principles
  • Some BMC Remedy background preferred
