Are you a highly skilled Software Development Manager looking for a long term role at a leading organization?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our government integrator client in DC.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities of the Software Development Manager:
  • Offer guidance and technical leadership for modernization and integration initiatives 
  • Support the upgrade of legacy applications and integration with existing microservice architecture technology stack
  • Organize tasks and associated resources for complex projects
Requirements of the Software Development Manager:
  • Hands-on experience leading and managing development projects for Java-based web applications
  • Experience with project planning, Earned Value Management, tracking and resolving issues
  • Experience with inspection/configuration/change/process/risk/requirements management
  • Understanding of the intricacies, dependencies, and issues surrounding Spring Framework migrations
  • Experience planning technology modernization projects with modern frameworks and architectures
  • Experience developing design alternatives for various options
  • Ability to work with federal managers to finalize high-level scope
  • Ability to present to diverse audiences
