**100% remote opportunity

Are you a motivated SQL Server Database Administrator?

Are you looking for a role where you can showcase and build your expertise?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Fort Knox.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Due to federal security contract requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen with an interim Public Trust clearance. Security+ certification also required.

Requirements of the SQL Server DBA:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience
  • Understanding of SQL development concepts -stored procedures, triggers, etc.
  • Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery options for MS SQL Server
  • Experience implementing operational automation using scripts
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving database issues
  • Experience with performance tuning and query optimization
  • Experience with backups and recovery methodologies
  • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Clear and effective communication skills
