**This position will start off requiring candidates to be onsite 5 days a week in Miami, FL.**
Our client, a mobility solutions provider is looking for a System and Security Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities of the System and Security Administrator: - Follow all systems security procedures identifying security and privacy requirements allocated
- Monitors the performance of network and virtual infrastructure (Servers and desktops) and storage arrays
- Assist in the repair/replacement of all computers related equipment
- Assists in the design, implementation, and enforcement of security policies
- Ensure infrastructure security, such as firewalls, databases, malware protection and access control
- Diagnoses, Troubleshoots, and resolves hardware, software, or other network and system problems
- Perform WAN/LAN performance analysis and security recommendations
- Make necessary network changes to the CUs Infrastructure for new implementations and upgrades
- Ensures high availability of servers, storage, applications and other computer systems and software
- Conduct risk assessments of stakeholder assets and update the risk assessments on an ongoing basis
Requirements of the System and Security Administrator: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience with vSphere VMware 6-6.7 and storage management
- Experience assessing security and privacy controls based on cybersecurity and privacy related principals and tenets
- Experience with cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirement
- Strong Technical written and communication skills
