Our client, a major sports organization, is seeking a Business Analyst to work with their IT team, to assist with IT projects and enhancements.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst:

  • Drive requirements clarification with business stakeholders
  • Work with IT teams to translate requirements to specifications
  • Liaise with architects to support technology solution design
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute test cases to ensure requirements are met

Requirements of the Technical Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with integration projects across systems, stakeholders, clients, and vendors
  • Experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes
  • Ability to work with IT to translate requirements to test plans
  • Ability to identify improvements based on current performance
  • Ability to break down complex requirements to system specifications
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
