Our industry-leading client needs a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Jacksonville.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist:
  • Provide guidance, support, and resolution for reported issues
  • Work across teams to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems
  • Record, track, and document problem-solving process for each ticket, including steps to final resolution
  • Troubleshoot and test fixes prior to closing tickets to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
  • Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems
Requirements of the Technical Support Specialist:
  • 3+ years of technical experience working in a call center environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Teams and SharePoint
  • Experience using help desk software and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of the basic networking environment
  • Hardware knowledge
