Job Description

**Remote start with a transition to a hybrid schedule planned.**

We're looking for Vulnerability Remediation Analyst to monitor, identify, assess, manage, and remediate vulnerability risks.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Vulnerability Remediation Analyst:
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting to identify risk vulnerabilities
  • Apply cyber security and privacy policies to organizational vulnerability remediation requirements
  • Provide exception and action plan remediation guidance
  • Support and collaborate with tech risk and cyber security operations teams
Requirements of the Vulnerability Remediation Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS
  • At least 5 years of experience in vulnerability management or related field
  • Experience with large transactional systems a must!
  • Familiarity with industry standard security best practices and vulnerability management
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in cross functional teams, including offsite, remote and offshore resources
  • Ability to define, communicate and execute on a strategy
  • Effective written, verbal communication skills
