Job Description

Our client is an independent health insurance organization that provides services to more than one hundred million Americans. They are committed to a philosophy of corporate social responsibility. Our client is looking for a Windows Automation Engineer to join their team in Durham.

Responsibilities of the Windows Automation Engineer:
  • Manage engineering designs in support of the implementation of hardware and software solutions
  • Define hardware and software performance standards
  • Act as a consultant for IT and business areas and vendors 
  • Collaborate across all levels of the company in the detailed infrastructure design of large and complex internal projects 
  • Ensure operational readiness
  • Identify issues and provide solutions
Requirements of the Windows Automation Engineer:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of systems engineering experience, or
  • 7 years of systems engineering experience
  • Experience with technologies such as: network, compute, storage, telephony, platform, middleware, and database
  • Experience automating tasks associated with technical specialties
  • Experience successfully leading data center projects and initiatives
