Our client, a retail industry leader, needs a Workday Project Manager to facilitate the implementation of Workday as the new applicant tracking system.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Workday Project Manager:
  • Develop a detailed cutover plan and checklist for transitioning from legacy systems to Workday
  • Identify key considerations, dependencies, and cutover/cutoff dates for impacted processes
  • Define cutover stage gates and entry and exit criteria for each gate
  • Lead and connect all involved in cutover activities
Requirements of the Workday Project Manager:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Workday ERP systems
  • Must have experience implementing Workday ATS
  • Cutover planning experience
  • Ability to analyze business needs, develop and document requirements, prototype, develop, and implement solutions
  • Detail-oriented, skilled at task management
