Our client seeks an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of CTV, digital media, programmatic, and performance marketing solutions. This client-facing sales role will own a book of business, create new revenue opportunities, and operate independently with minimal ramp-up while selling media solutions within the streaming and digital advertising ecosystem.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a book of advertising business.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with agencies and advertisers.
- Sell linear and digital advertising solutions across properties.
- Drive revenue through strategic media recommendations and customized client solutions.
- Partner with sales, programmatic, and solutions teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Support advertising accounts from booking through trafficking.
- Execute RFP responses and upfront or scatter market opportunities.
- Develop client-specific media, data, and audience strategies.
- Prospect, cold call, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Present solutions and business cases to clients and agency partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to increase win rates across all lines of business.
Experience Requirements:
- Connected TV sales experience and understanding of the streaming advertising landscape.
- Programmatic advertising sales experience and ability to partner on revenue strategies.
- Performance marketing background with knowledge of acquisition, conversion, and ROI strategies.
- Established agency relationships with planning, strategy, investment, or buying teams.
- Proven success prospecting, generating revenue, and meeting or exceeding goals.
- Direct-to-consumer and digital advertising ecosystem knowledge preferred.
- Experience across video, social, display, and data products.
- Strong negotiation, consultative sales, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently own client relationships and business outcomes.
- 5+ years of media sales experience.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and ability to multitask within complex organizations.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
