Our client seeks an Administrative Support professional to provide comprehensive office and operations support at a secure site in Aiken, SC. The role will prepare reports and presentations, support document control and records, coordinate personnel and facilities activities, and assist with training logistics and workforce transactions. The position requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight. Work schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $30.00 to $35.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and staff support to site operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, records, correspondence, and other documentation.
- Support Document Control and Records functions.
- Maintain and retrieve operational and management data.
- Coordinate administrative activities related to personnel, facilities, purchasing, and operations.
- Assist with training logistics, time and attendance, new hires, transfers, and terminations.
- Support work requests, purchase requisitions, inventory tracking, and budget-related activities.
- Serve as an administrative liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review administrative processes and help improve workflow and procedures.
Experience Requirements:
- Administrative and staff support experience.
- Document Control and Records experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with databases such as PeopleSoft, Document Control, EDWS, and Asset Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal management oversight.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting safety, health, financial, departmental, or site operations.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma with 5–7 years of business or administrative experience, or
- Associate degree in a nontechnical or business discipline with 1–3 years of business or administrative experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree with no prior experience required.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
