Responsibilities of the Agile Process and Metrics Lead:
  • Define metrics for successful Agile rollouts 
  • Train and educate product team
  • Create enterprise-wide dashboards and KPIs 
  • Maintain recommended Agile templates for team reference
Requirements of the Agile Process and Metrics Lead:
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile processes and best practices
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • 50% travel required
