Are you a highly skilled Agile Coach with the desire to work at the executive and team level to evangelize Agile principles and best practices?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Reston.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.


Responsibilities of the Agile Program Coach:
  • Coach VP/executive level on the value of Agile
  • Coach and train at the team level to drive Agile adoption
  • Ensure teams are aligned with Agile best practices
Requirements of the Agile Program Coach:
  • At least 3 engagements supporting large scale Agile transformations
  • Specialized skill set in one or more: technical, product management, project management, user experience
  • Strong facilitation and diplomatic skills; ability to connect with the right people to resolve impediments quickly 
  • Demonstrated success illustrating the value of an Agile mindset with non-technical groups and teams
  • Extended track record of delivering team training in a manner than ensures knowledge transfer
