Are you a skilled Application Architect with excellent experience as a Business Architect?

Would you like to help drive change management for established workflows?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you in Jersey City.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Application Architect:
  • Drive content and change management processes
  • Translate business strategy into actionable tasks
  • Manage steering forum and administer key documents
Requirements of the Application Architect:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent analytical discipline
  • At least 12 years of experience driving change projects in financial services industry settings
  • Strong data and analytics experience: Tableau or Power BI
  • Clear and effective communication skills, including executive communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a time sensitive environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills, ability to work across teams and functions
