Job Description

Eliassen Group is looking for a Java Developer who is interested in a career in cyber security. This is not a government contract and no clearance is required.

These hires are being made REMOTELY through May. Needs are immediate. All interviewing and onboarding will be done virtually.

Responsibilities of the Application Security Engineer:
  • Implement information systems security guidelines
  • Identify security gaps and devise solutions
  • Develop and interpret security policies
  • Deliver trainings on security awareness and technology
  • Evaluate and recommend new and emerging technologies
Requirements of the Application Security Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 3+ years Java development
  • Application Security knowledge and an overall interest in security as a career
  • AWS development experience highly desired
  • Python development highly desired
