Our client seeks an Associate Account Executive, Programmatic Sales to assist Programmatic Account Executives with execution, management, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns. The role serves as a liaison between agencies, clients, internal operations teams, and ad tech partners to ensure timely launches, effective performance, and accurate tracking. This is a sales support and client service position that helps drive programmatic revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Support Account Executives managing agency and advertiser relationships.
- Serve as a primary contact for campaign execution and client requests.
- Manage campaign workflows, revenue tracking, and pipeline reporting within SalesHub/Salesforce.
- Coordinate with Planning, Operations, and Ad Tech teams on campaign setup and execution.
- Monitor campaign pacing and delivery performance.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Respond to RFPs and provide campaign specifications and reporting.
- Build client-facing presentations, proposals, and post-campaign recap decks.
- Analyze campaign and account performance data to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
- Maintain communication with DSP, SSP, and other programmatic platform partners.
Experience Requirements:
- Programmatic advertising experience.
- Understanding of DSPs and SSPs.
- Knowledge of the digital advertising and ad tech ecosystem.
- Strong client service and stakeholder management skills.
- Campaign management, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
- Sales support or account management experience preferred.
- Media math and campaign performance analysis experience preferred.
- Experience within large, matrixed organizations preferred.
- Exposure to both linear and digital media environments preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, agencies, and technology partners.
- Comfort navigating the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail.
- Ideal profile includes 4+ years supporting digital advertising campaigns, agencies, or ad sales teams.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
