In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert on various applications to ensure timely completion of requests and that SLAs are met.

Requirements of the Associate Security Access Analyst:
  • At least 2 years of technical call center/information security administration experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Experience in a help desk setting
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, eager to learn new skills
  • Effective time and task prioritization skills
