*This position will be remote to start but transition to onsite as restrictions are lifted.

Responsibilities of the Solution/System Architect:
  • Collaborate across teams and with sponsors to evaluate and design solutions
  • Prepare data migration plans, including mitigation risk, milestones, and quality
  • Develop best practices, processes, and standards to carry out data migration efforts
Requirements of the Solution/System Architect:
  • Ability to design and implement technical solutions
  • Strong AWS RDS experience with MariaDB, Oracle
  • Understanding of clinical development space and the application of technology to pharmacovigilance and regulatory practices
  • Strong Unix/Linux skill sets to configure and deploy solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud-native applications and containers
  • Strong experience with data architecture and application architecture
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS, Azure services, and IAM protocols and technologies
  • In-depth understanding of network architecture, VPN, MPLS, Cloud to on-prem network
  • Knowledge of various architectures and protocols: SOA, REST, XML, etc.
  • Ability to provide detailed documentation in a 21 CFR validated environment
  • Experience supporting GxP environments
