We have an excellent opportunity for a Big Data Engineer with our leading client in Mission Bay.

Responsibilities of the Big Data Engineer:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement software applications and systems for enhancements or new products
  • Strive to continuously revise, refine, and improve developed systems, as required
  • Help to define project timelines, design specifications, and ongoing support
  • Develop and maintain operational and system level documentation

Requirements of the Big Data Engineer:

  • At least 10 years in software development, including at least 6 years in big data
  • Proven history of successfully delivering high quality applications and systems
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts and client-server concepts
  • Excellent ability to apply SDLC concepts 
  • Clear and effective communicator
