Job Description

Are you a strong Help Desk Support Engineer with fluency in both English and Portuguese? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Pittsburgh!

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Bilingual Help Desk Support Engineer:

  • Advise end users on appropriate solutions to reported problems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot computers, software and peripherals
  • Identify and escalate serious matters

Requirements of the Bilingual Help Desk Support Engineer:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience 
  • At least 2 years of technical desktop support experience
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of a help desk ticketing system - Remedy and ServiceNow preferred
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
