The organization seeks a Business Analyst with strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and tool proficiency to translate intakes into clear functional specifications. The role operates within SAFe Agile while supporting a transition to waterfall practices and disciplined documentation. Success will depend on stakeholder coordination, light project management, and effective use of Lucid, Visio, Figma, and Microsoft documentation tools.

Rate: $55.00 to $60.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Lead intake sessions to capture business needs and translate them into clear, testable requirements.
- Produce process flows, wireframes, and documentation using Lucid, Visio, and Figma.
- Facilitate backlog refinement, user story definition, and acceptance criteria within a SAFe Agile construct.
- Support transition planning and documentation as teams move from Agile to waterfall delivery.
- Coordinate stakeholders, identify resource gaps, and track action items using soft project management practices.
- Maintain comprehensive Microsoft Word and related documentation repositories.
- Partner with product owners, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements traceability and delivery alignment.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst converting business intakes into detailed requirements.
- Hands-on proficiency with Lucid, Visio, and Figma for process mapping and wireframing.
- Experience working within SAFe Agile ceremonies and artifacts.
- Background supporting or executing waterfall methodologies and documentation.
- Demonstrated soft project management skills, including stakeholder coordination and gap identification.
- Strong documentation skills using Microsoft Word and related tools.
