Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with our industry-leading client in New York City.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

  • Elicit business requirements from business users
  • Define and document requirements
  • Write functional specifications
  • Perform business process design
  • Serve as liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization
  • Lead requirements validation and traceability analysis
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization
  • Gather requirements from the business line users for various systems
  • Fully document all requirements and solutions
  • High proficiency with SQL language and database management
  • Develop Use Cases and User Stories
  • Liaise with internal and external technology partners
  • Participate in releases, perform system integration testing
  • Perform/organize user acceptance testing
